Rainer Stremitzer, Executive Chef at the Hazienda from December 1987 to April 2012, has been working together with Mansuet Kaser, one of the three Kaser Brothers and Hotel Operator, since the very first day. Together, they have earned a reputation for superior-quality cuisine. Unfortunately Rainer Stremitzer had to quit working because of health problems.
