  • What time are check-in and check-out?

    Our priority is to have your room ready from 4:00pm with a host of thoughtful touches and comforts. Please check with reception if you should arrive later than 10:00pm.

    We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00am to enable us to get ready for the next guest.

    Should you wish to stay longer to enjoy another day on the slopes or hiking trails, we will be delighted to store your luggage.

  • Is smoking allowed in your hotel?

    Please note that we are a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted on our exterior balconies next to the appropriate urns or elsewhere outdoors.

  • Do you provide child amenities and babysitting services?

    Cribs and highchairs can be arranged for guests. Please advise the hotel in advance, if possible.

    While you are enjoying all that St. Anton has to offer, qualified and reliable babysitters are available to provide childcare.

  • Is there a swimming pool nearby?

    The ARLBERG-well.com is a true haven of rest and relaxation, featuring indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, sauna baths and fitness center.

    The ARLBERG-well.com is within a 2 minutes' walk from our hotel!

  • Do you offer massage therapy treatments?

    The Massage Studio of certified Massage Therapist ANDREA ZANONA is located right opposite our hotel.

  • How long will it take me to reach the closest ski lift?

    Ski lifts and trails are within a less than 5 minutes’ walk from our hotel.

  • Do you sell lift tickets?

    For your convenience, you can buy your ski pass directly from our reception desk.

    A deposit of € 5.00 per ticket is required. This deposit will be refunded in cash upon returning the ticket.

  • Do you offer guest parking?

    Parking is free for guests in our underground parking area, which is within a 5 minutes’ walk. Our friendly staff will provide you all details at check-in.

  • Where can I store my ski gear?

    As of December 2021, we are pleased to provide brand-new in-house ski storage: You will find your personal ski locker for secure gear storage with boot warmers in the basement of our hotel. Please note that skis and gear are not permitted on guest floors or within your guest room.

    Moreover, we offer complimentary ski/snowboard storage, for your convenience, at the sports store of our partner SPORT JENNEWEIN, located opposite to the base terminal of Rendl Gondola. There you can stow your gear nightly—there is enough room to accommodate boots and skis or boards. The ski storage is within a 3 minutes’ walk from our hotel (turn left and walk up the pedestrianized main street, turn left after the roundabout).

  • Am I allowed to bring my dog?

    Please ask for pet friendly accommodation when making your reservation, and to find out more about our hotel's pet policy.
