Enjoy a lavish array of fresh seasonal fruits, teas and freshly squeezed juices, granola, assorted yogurts, and freshly baked breakfast breads and pastries along with soul satisfying hot breakfast entrees and side dishes, sausages, bacon, your favourite eggs “a la minute”, made-to-order omelettes, salmon, roast beef, the whole nine yards…

Done up in mali’s signature pared-back palette of light wood and warm colours, the breakfast room resembles a private residence somewhere tucked away in the Alps. With comfortable furniture and contemporary light fixtures, this warm, cosy space is the perfect place to fuel up for the day.
Mountain adventures burn up a lot of energy, so we think a bounteous buffet breakfast with all the trimmings is the best way to start your day and keep you going. A full spread of freshly baked breakfast breads and pastries, jams and marmalades, yoghurt, cereals, and fresh fruit are available. Along with cheese and charcuterie specialties as well as freshly prepared egg dishes.
